Important construction company recruits a human resources specialists

Missions

  •  Management of employees.
  •  Ensure all the administrative management of the personnel (contract of employment, decisions and disciplinary parts ...).
  •  Follow-up of the employees' trial periods.
  •  Planning and leave management.
  •  Ensure social liaison with partners (declarations, deductions ...).
  •  Manage employee payroll.
  •  Ensure the recruitment component according to the budget (CTA / CSD / CDI).
  •  Follow-up of the training plan.
  •  Reporting (staffing, turnover, payroll ...).

Profil

  •  Bac + 5 or Master in Human Resources.
  •  From 3 years experience in operational positions or in the HR function.
  •  Skills in Human Resources.
  •  Relational quality and teamwork.
  •  Control of office automation.
  •  Perfect command of French and English.
