Missions
- Management of employees.
- Ensure all the administrative management of the personnel (contract of employment, decisions and disciplinary parts ...).
- Follow-up of the employees' trial periods.
- Planning and leave management.
- Ensure social liaison with partners (declarations, deductions ...).
- Manage employee payroll.
- Ensure the recruitment component according to the budget (CTA / CSD / CDI).
- Follow-up of the training plan.
- Reporting (staffing, turnover, payroll ...).
Profile
- Bac + 5 or Master in Human Resources.
- From 3 years experience in operational positions or in the HR function.
- Skills in Human Resources.
- Relational quality and teamwork.
- Control of office automation.
- Perfect command of French and English.
